The breakfast was tasty, savoury with too many products and a nice view and much food prepared early in large quantities. Location: the hotel was so close to Brasov for business or pleasure as well as Kronwell on April 2014 in a business trip.

The fried fish at the restaurant was out of this world, a crispy delight! The spa was great, complete with soothing massages and hot tea afterward, and those cappuccinos? Divine!

One side of the bed squeaked a bit too loud during 'casual activities' and the shower drainage was a tad slow, leaving me in a mini puddle. Plus, be mindful of train sounds in the morning.

The shower drainage was abysmal, leaving me standing in a puddle every time I bathed, quite frustrating. The bed made loud squeaking noises during intimate moments, disrupting the mood. To make matters worse, I was often disturbed by the train sounds early in the mornings, which severely affected my sleep quality.

Excellent Modern Design and Family-Friendly Service

I was thoroughly impressed by the modern design and really good service that catered to my family's needs. The staff went out of their way to assemble a baby bed and were always available to prepare baby food. The restaurant offered delicious meals, though a wider selection of desserts would enhance the dining experience. It was a good stay.

Request the unique make-up mirror for better lighting during your stay. It really enhances the bathroom experience.

Stayed at kronwell for 2 nights and loved it! The location is super convenient, right next to the station. The room was cozy and cute, and the spa services were great. I especially enjoyed the hot tea provided in our room. It was a lovely touch.

Had a wonderful nine-night stay. The staff was accommodating. They surprised me with breakfast options tailored to my dietary needs. Room was spacious and clean, but a few light fixtures could use adjustment. Don't miss the restaurant, meals are impressively crafted and delicious!
